Lies, Lies, Lies

WATCH: Morgan Wallen sings unreleased ‘Lies, Lies, Lies’ in Oxford, Mississippi

In a night filled with anticipation and excitement, Morgan Wallen took to the stage at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium in Oxford, Mississippi, treating his fans to the live debut of his unreleased track, “Lies, Lies, Lies.” The performance comes after he rescheduled last year’s show due to a vocal chord injury.

“Lies, Lies, Lies,” a brooding and stormy track, first broke the internet when Wallen shared an acoustic rendition as part of his surprise Abbey Road Sessions project earlier this year. Since then, fans have been clamoring for a studio version.

“This is really our first time playing this for you guys. So I’m a little bit nervous, a little bit excited. Let’s get this started – it’s called ‘Lies, Lies, Lies’,” Wallen announced to the crowd.

The official live debut of “Lies, Lies, Lies” has only fueled the anticipation surrounding its release. The track, which went viral when Wallen first teased it during an industry writers’ round in Nashville, is expected to feature on his upcoming album, following the success of his chart-topping hit “Last Night.”
